Passing On Ticketing Fees To Your Event Attendees
You decide who pays: You or your event attendees. With Yapsody, you can pass on your ticketing fees to your event attendees. That way, the ticketing cost you are charged by us is borne by your attendees along with the cost of the tickets. Since fees are added to the cost of the tickets, event ticketing becomes free for you. You have the option to pass on the Yapsody ticketing fees to your ticket buyers which they can pay with the ticket price while booking your tickets online.
Steps To Pass On Ticketing Fees To Your Event Attendees
1. Select Your Event
Select your event name in the Box Office interface and click on the Edit button.
2. Go To Your Pricing Tab
Once you are on the event wizard page, click on the ‘Pricing‘ tab where you will have to answer the following question under the ‘Billing‘ option:
” Do you want your customers to cover that cost while making purchases by adding the fee on top of the ticket price? “
To pass on your ticketing fees to your event attendees, just select the first option (Yes) and click the’ Save and Proceed ‘ button to save the settings. After successfully saving, you can set up your desired payment gateway.
